***There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at anytime. Swim and play is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There is no smoking or glass allowed in the pool at any time.

Campfires: 

Campfires must be contained to the fire pit and completely extinguished upon leaving. All guests are welcomed to use the community campfire at any time. Please leave the area exactly the way you found it. All trash must be taken with you.

Motels/Cabins: There is no smoking or pets in the motel or cabins at anytime. One room key will be given out. There will be a $25 fine if no key is returned. Inspections will take place when you check out. If room is found to have reasonable damages based on housekeeping and management, there will be a $125 cleaning fee if necessary.

Pets: We are a pet friendly campground, however we do not allow pets in our cabins or motel rooms. 

Campsite:

• 1 vehicle per campsite
• 5 mph speed limit
• Guests must register at the office. Guests must check out by 7PM
• All garbage must be brought with you or to dumpster.

Smoking: 

• Smoking permissible on campsites only. 
• Please be courteous of neighbors 
• Smoking marijuana is NOT allowed anywhere on Whippoorwill Motel and Campsites property 
• Do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground

Payment:

• 50% deposits for all reservations
• Cancellation Policy: Guests must notify us at least 14 days prior to reservation in order to receive a refund.
• Please note, a $25 cancelation fee will be charged for all cancellations. 
• Payments made in full during check in
• A credit card must be on file for all reservations even if cash is being used as method of payment.

Failure to comply will result in being removed from the property without refund.
